Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and MJ Sono LLC, doing business as Sono Flower Wall, a Massachusetts limited liability company based in Worcester, Massachusetts ("Sono Flower Wall," "we," "us" or "our"). They apply when you use sonoflowerwall.com (the "Site"), send us a request, or rent a flower wall, neon sign or anything else from us (the "Rental"). "You" means the person or organization requesting or booking a flower wall.
Please read these Terms carefully. By sending a request or paying for a Rental, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't request a flower wall or use the Site.
1. Who can request a flower wall
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- If you request or book a flower wall for a business, organization or someone else, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms for them, and "you" includes them.
- The information you give us must be accurate and complete, including your contact details and the event address.
2. Requests and bookings
- A flower wall request isn't a booking. When you request a flower wall, you're telling us which flower wall and dates you'd like. We don't hold the flower wall or your dates for you until you've paid in full.
- After you send a request, we'll email you a secure, personal payment link. Once you've paid, you'll answer a few questions about your event and sign the rental agreement.
- You only book a flower wall once we receive full payment. From then on, we hold that flower wall and your dates for you. We'll email you a confirmation with your booking number. Please keep it; you'll need it to make changes or cancel.
- Your payment link is valid for a limited time, which we'll tell you in the email. If it expires unpaid, your request is cancelled. You can always send a new flower wall request, for the same flower wall or a different one, as long as your date is at least 7 days away and the flower wall is still available.
- We may decline any request, for example if the flower wall isn't available or your event location isn't suitable. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
- Requests must be sent at least 7 days before your date.
3. Prices, taxes and payment
- Prices are shown on the Site in US dollars. Your total is shown on the review page before you send your request and includes the flower wall, any neon sign, delivery and sales tax.
- Delivery is priced by your event's zip code, as described on our Delivery Areas page.
- Sales tax is charged where required, based on the state where your event takes place.
- If your event address changes, your delivery fee may change too, following our Delivery Areas: a farther address may add a delivery fee, and a closer one may remove it. If the new address is more than 60 miles from Worcester, MA, we're unable to deliver there at this time. We'll tell you before you pay, or before we charge any difference.
- Payment is due in full, in one payment. We don't take deposits. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- We may correct obvious errors in prices or descriptions on the Site. If an error affects a booking you've paid for, we'll contact you, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
4. The rental agreement
Before your event, we'll ask you to sign our rental agreement. It's part of these Terms. If anything in the signed rental agreement conflicts with these Terms, the rental agreement applies.
5. Rental period
- The rental period runs from the setup time to the take-down time you chose in your request. A rental can last up to 24 hours.
- Setup and take-down times are when we arrive to begin work. Setup can take up to 90 minutes, so please choose a setup time at least 90 minutes before your event starts.
- To change your dates, times or address after booking, email us with your booking number. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.
6. Delivery, setup and pickup
- We deliver, set up, take down and pick up the flower wall at the event address you give us. You may not move, set up or take down the flower wall yourself.
- You (or an adult you name) must be present at setup and at pickup, and must give us safe, clear access to the setup spot at the agreed times.
- The setup spot must be a flat, level, stable surface with enough space for the flower wall (about 8 feet wide by 8 feet tall) and room for us to work safely around it.
- You're responsible for getting any permission your venue requires, and for following its rules. If your venue needs a certificate of insurance from us, ask us at least 7 days before your event.
- Tell us before your event about anything that could affect delivery, such as stairs, no elevator, long walks from parking, loading-dock times or parking restrictions.
- If we can't set up the flower wall at the agreed time because you (or the adult you named) aren't there, or because we can't get access to the setup spot, you'll be charged one additional day of rental (the flower wall's rental price). If you'd like us to come back and set up at another time, you can contact us to arrange it.
- If we can't pick up the flower wall at the agreed time for the same reasons, you'll be charged one day of rental (the flower wall's rental price) for each day until we pick it up.
- If we still can't pick up the flower wall 7 days after the end of the rental period, we may take legal steps to recover it.
- We may refuse to set up, or take the flower wall down early, if conditions are unsafe for people or for the flower wall.
7. Outdoor events and weather
- Our flower walls can be set up indoors or outdoors, including in spaces that aren't covered. They can't be left out in the rain, though: if it rains, the flower wall has to be under cover.
- If heavy rain starts during your event, you may move the flower wall to a covered spot nearby to protect it. This is the only time you may move it without our approval.
- If the weather at setup makes it unsafe to set up outdoors, we'll set up in a covered or indoor spot at your location if one is available. If none is, it's treated as an event beyond our control (section 15).
8. Your responsibilities during the rental
- From setup until we pick it up, the flower wall and any neon sign are in your care. You're responsible for keeping them safe, clean and in good condition, including protecting them from weather, stains, spills and damage.
- Use the Rental only for the event you booked it for. Don't sublet, lend, modify or decorate it.
- Don't move, reposition or relocate the flower wall from where we set it up without our written approval.
- Don't climb on, hang objects from, or use adhesives that could damage the flower wall.
- Keep candles, open flames, confetti cannons, sparklers, smoke machines and liquids away from it.
- Supervise children around the flower wall at all times. It's a freestanding structure and unsafe for climbing.
- Don't use the Rental for anything illegal or hazardous. If you do, you're responsible for any resulting damages, legal fees or penalties, and we may refuse future rentals.
- You're responsible for the conduct of your guests, staff and vendors around the Rental.
9. Neon signs
- Neon signs rented with a flower wall stay our property and must be returned with the flower wall in the same condition.
10. Inspection, damage and loss
- Please check the Rental when we set it up and tell us right away about any existing damage. We may take photos at setup and pickup to record its condition.
- Normal wear from careful use is fine. You're responsible for the reasonable cost of cleaning, repair or, if it can't be repaired, replacement for any damage, loss or theft that happens during the rental period.
- If there's damage or loss, we'll send you a written description of what happened and an itemized cost, with photos. Payment is due within 14 days.
11. Ownership
The flower walls, neon signs and all our equipment remain our property. You don't acquire any ownership rights in them.
12. Photos
- Photos of the flower wall: we may take photos of our flower wall at your event, without people in them, and use them on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we don't take or share any photos of your event, tell us before your event and we'll respect it. You can also ask us to remove a photo we've posted at any time, and we'll take it down from our accounts.
- Photos with people: we will never use a photo that shows you or your guests in our marketing without first getting written permission from the people in it.
- If you share photos of our flower wall and tag us, we won't repost any photo showing people without asking first.
13. Cancellations and refunds
Our Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel and when you're entitled to a refund. It's part of these Terms.
14. If we have to cancel
We may cancel a booking if the flower wall becomes unavailable (for example, because it's damaged), because of a scheduling conflict, or for another reasonable cause. If we do, we'll tell you as soon as possible and refund everything you paid. Our responsibility is limited to that refund.
15. Events beyond anyone's control
Neither of us is responsible for failing to perform because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, power outages, fires, floods, public health orders or other emergencies. If such an event stops us from delivering or setting up, we'll refund what you paid for the Rental. If severe weather makes your event impossible to hold as planned (for example, a storm when your event is outdoors and there's no covered space), contact us before your setup time and we'll move your booking to another date, subject to availability. This applies only to events like severe weather when your event is outdoors with no covered space, or your venue being closed by a government order or a natural disaster such as a fire or flood. It doesn't apply to illness, a change of plans, fewer guests or other cancellations. Those follow our Cancellation Policy.
16. Safety and responsibility for injuries
We set up every flower wall with care. Once it's set up, you're responsible for making sure it's used safely and as described in these Terms. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sono Flower Wall and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from misuse of the Rental, from moving it, from your breach of these Terms, or from the actions of you, your guests, staff or vendors during the rental period, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
17. Limits on our liability
- To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to a booking or the Rental is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
- We're not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, the cost of other vendors, or disappointment, that arise from a delay, cancellation or problem with the Rental.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or rights you have under the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 93A).
18. About the Site
- Photos on the Site show our real flower walls, but colors can look different on different screens.
- We try to keep the Site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online. Except as stated in these Terms, the Site is provided "as is."
- All content on the Site, including photos, text, logos and design, belongs to Sono Flower Wall or is used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.
- Don't misuse the Site, for example by sending fake or automated requests, trying to get around its security, or interfering with how it works.
- Links to other websites, such as our social media pages, are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for those websites.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
20. Resolving disagreements
- Talk to us first. If there's a problem, email us. Most issues can be sorted out quickly. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may take the next step below.
- Small claims court. Either of us may bring a claim in the small claims session of the Massachusetts court for Worcester County, if the claim qualifies.
- Other claims. Any claim that doesn't qualify for small claims court must be brought in the state courts located in Worcester County, Massachusetts, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
21. General
- Whole agreement: these Terms, our Cancellation Policy, our Privacy Policy and the signed rental agreement are the whole agreement between you and us about the Rental.
- If part doesn't apply: if a court decides any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
- No waiver: if we don't enforce part of these Terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer: you may not transfer your booking to someone else without our written approval.
- Notices: we'll contact you by email at the address you gave us. Please contact us by email too.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you paid for your booking applies to that booking.
