How does this work?
You request a flower wall on this website and pay with the secure link we send you. Once you’ve paid, your flower wall is booked, and we’ll coordinate with you or your event planner to deliver and set it up ensuring it’s event-ready. After the event, we’ll return to pick it up.
How far in advance should I request a flower wall for my event?
We ask that you request a flower wall at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability and allow us time to coordinate your delivery.
What happens if I need to cancel?
If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, you get a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, there's no refund. Our Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel.
What locations do you deliver to?
We deliver to events within 60 miles of Worcester, MA: free within 40 miles, and a $50 travel fee from 40 to 60 miles. Check your zip code on our Delivery Areas page.
What are the dimensions of the flower walls?

Can the flower wall be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes, our flower walls can be used both indoors and outdoors. Indoor setups are always guaranteed. For outdoor setups, we take severe weather conditions like rain, snow, or strong winds into consideration to ensure the setup remains safe and of high quality.
